We will learn 3 types of rice, to see the different techniques according to the type of ingredients or products we use.
- Green rice with green peas, green beans, asparagus, edamame and kale
- Rice with fried monkfish and calamari and Padrón peppers
- Rice with beef tenderloin made in three diferent textures (tartar, carpaccio and tataki)
